UPCOMING APAAC SEMINARS
Effective July 1, 2017, APAAC's revised Membership Policy gives priority registration to APAAC members as a benefit of their paid membership. There is no registration fee for APAAC members to attend APAAC trainings (with the exception of the Annual Prosecutor Conference). Non-members may register and pay for APAAC trainings based on the seminar registration fee structure set out in the Membership Policy.
Each seminar has a limited capacity, so it is advisable to register early. You may register online by clicking on the seminar link, unless otherwise indicated in the seminar announcement. No phone registrations will be accepted. If you are unable to attend a seminar for which you have registered, you must cancel your registration by e-mailing
If you have not received a computer-generated confirmation within 24 hours of registering for the seminar, please re-register. If the website does not let you re-register, please call APAAC at 602-542-7208 to confirm your registration.
If you have a disability that may affect your participation, please notify APAAC within two weeks of the seminar. We want to accommodate all attendees and we cannot assure the availability of appropriate accommodations without prior notification of any special need.
Reimbursement Information
Effective July 1, 2017, only APAAC members are eligible for reimbursement of approved travel-related expense associated with attending an APAAC training, pursuant to applicable APAAC reimbursement policy. Please note that for the majority of APAAC-sponsored trainings / conferences, in-county attendees are not eligible to request travel reimbursement. Non-members are not eligible for APAAC reimbursement of travel-related expense associated with attending an APAAC training.
Please note the following changes effective January 9, 2023, concerning reimbursement of travel-related expense for APAAC seminars:
- APAAC members are eligible for reimbursement of round trip mileage at the rate of $0.625 per mile, unless APAAC policy requires action by the Council to eliminate mileage reimbursement at any time.
- Hotel room charges for APAAC members only will be direct-billed to APAAC for payment.
- Meal reimbursement for APAAC members only is provided for certain designated seminars only (please refer to the seminar registration announcement for details).
- APAAC members must submit a completed voucher within 30 days of the seminar date to request reimbursement of eligible travel-related expense associated with attending an APAAC training. Please refer to the updated reimbursement charts and revised travel vouchers under the Reimbursements tab on the website.
