This one-day in-person conference will dive deep into some of the most challenging aspects of prosecuting domestic violence cases. Topics will include:

• The Ethics of Witness Preparation
• Addressing Jury Nullification
• Pulling the Case Together Through Closing Argument
• Incorporating Wellness Practices to Avoid Compassion Fatigue. 

Hotel rooms will be provided to attendees traveling from outside of Maricopa County who request a room when registering. Attendees traveling from outside of Maricopa County are eligible for reimbursement of meals at State Government per diem rates and mileage at 44.5 cents per mile.
