2020 APAAC Annual Administrative Professional Conference
Due to issues related to COVID-19, the 2020 APAAC Annual Administrative Professional Conference scheduled for Friday, August 28, 2020, will now only be available to attend via Zoom Webinar. Live attendance has been cancelled. A link to the webinar will be sent out on Monday, August 24, 2020, to everyone who is registered for the conference.

Meals
APAAC will provide a complimentary Mexican food award luncheon from The Original Carolina's Mexican Food restaurant. A vegetarian option of Caesar Salad, fresh fruit bowl, and tortilla chips with salsa will also be available. A refrigerator and microwave will be available if you would prefer to bring your own lunch.
Out of County Travel & Reimbursement
APAAC is able to offer hotel accommodations at the Residence Inn, located at 132 S Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85004, to APAAC Members traveling from outside of Maricopa County for the night of Thursday, August 27, 2020. If you would like to extend your hotel reservation at your own expense (subject to hotel availability) at the contracted rate of $146.00 ++, when you register please state your desired check out date in the answer box for the question: Do you have any special requests regarding your hotel room?
APAAC offers reimbursement for mileage at 25 cents per mile to APAAC members traveling from outside of Maricopa County.
Other than providing the complimentary award luncheon, APAAC is neither providing nor reimbursing for any other meals.
