This one-day conference is designed for prosecutors and victim advocates in prosecution offices and will address the dynamics of domestic violence cases, prosecuting domestic cases with absent/recanting victims, the doctrine of forfeiture by wrongdoing, the use of tech evidence, and effectively presenting a case to a jury without a victim.  In-person and virtual attendance options are available.
