APAAC is able to offer hotel accommodations at the Residence Inn, 132 S. Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ, to APAAC Members traveling from outside of Maricopa County for the nights of Sunday, September 30, 2019, through Thursday, October 4, 2019.  If you would like to extend your hotel reservation at your own expense (subject to hotel availability) at the contracted rate of $124.00 plus tax, when you register please state your desired check out date in the answer box for the question:  Do you have any special requests regarding your hotel room?

APAAC offers reimbursement for mileage at 25 cents per mile to APAAC members traveling from outside of Maricopa County.  

Other than pizza for lunch on Friday, October 4, 2019, APAAC is neither providing nor reimbursing for any other meals.
