ABOUT THE SEMINAR

The State Bar of Arizona has mandated that all members of the Bar must attend a Bar-approved course on "Professionalism." Most Arizona prosecutors have already fulfilled this requirement. All new admittees are required to take this course within 12 months of admission.

APAAC will be sponsoring this course in conjunction with the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office.

The course will be facilitated by a veteran faculty panel consisting of a judge, prosecutor, and defense attorney.

This program may qualify for up to 4.0 hours of CLE credit, of which 4.0 hours may qualify for ethics CLE credit. Please note that Professional Course CLE hours may count as ethics hours for CLE purposes; however, ethics CLE hours do not count toward the Professional Course CLE requirement.
