This highly-interactive trial advocacy course is designed for new and relatively inexperienced full-time misdemeanor and felony prosecutors. Presentations will cover how to pick a jury, do an opening statement, admit physical evidence, conduct direct and cross examination, and argue closing. Particular emphasis will be placed on DUI and DV issues, including dealing with expert witnesses.
