HOTEL BILLING & CANCELLATIONS

Hotel rooms will be provided to attendees traveling from APAAC Member Offices located outside of Maricopa County who request a room when registering. Room and parking will be billed directly to APAAC. Please note that the hotel will require a credit card upon check-in for any incidental charges.

MEALS & REIMBURSEMENTS
Attendees traveling from APAAC Member Offices located outside of Maricopa County are eligible for reimbursement of mileage at 67 cents per mile. Other than providing the complimentary award luncheon, APAAC is neither providing nor reimbursing for any other meals.
