APAAC is able to offer hotel accommodations including parking at the Doubletree, Hilton Phoenix Midtown, located at 4000 N. Central Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85012, to APAAC Member Offices outside of Maricopa County for the night of Thursday, May 1, 2025.  If you would like to extend your hotel reservation at your own expense (subject to hotel availability) at the contracted rate of $161.00 plus tax, when you register, please state your desired check out date in the answer box for the question:  Do you have any special requests regarding your hotel room?

APAAC offers reimbursement for mileage at 67 cents per mile to APAAC Member Offices outside of Maricopa County.  

Other than providing the complimentary award luncheon, APAAC is neither providing nor reimbursing for any other meals.
