APAAC will provide a complimentary award lunch; or you may bring your own lunch.

Out of County Travel & Reimbursement

APAAC is able to offer hotel accommodations including parking at the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Midtown, located at 4000 N. Central Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85012, to APAAC Members working for prosecution offices outside of Maricopa County for the night of Thursday, July 18, 2024.  If you would like to extend your hotel reservation at your own expense (subject to hotel availability) at the contracted rate of $133.00 plus tax, when you register, please state your desired check out date in the answer box for the question:  Do you have any special requests regarding your hotel room?

There are a limited number of hotel rooms for in-person attendance and will be given on a first come first serve basis to APAAC Office Members*, so don't wait to register!

APAAC offers reimbursement for mileage at 65.5 cents per mile to APAAC members working for prosecution offices outside of Maricopa County.  

Other than providing the complimentary award luncheon, APAAC is neither providing nor reimbursing for any other meals.
