REGISTRATION FORM:  Fill out the registration form completely.  The registration fee must accompany your registration form.  You must be registered with APAAC by July 9, 2010.  Registrations will ONLY be accepted by mail (NO E-MAILS OR FAXES).  Please mail your registration form and payment to:  APAAC, 1951 W. Camelback Rd., Ste. 202, Phoenix, AZ  85015.

REGISTRATION FEE:  The registration fee is $60.00 per person for those who register by July 9, 2010.  For those who register after July 9th, the registration fee will be $80.00.  We cannot accept credit card payments. 

AWARDS LUNCHEON:  There will be an awards luncheon on Thursday.  The Awards Luncheon is included in your registration fee.  The cost for additional guests is $12.00 per person ($8.00 for children 12 & under); it must be paid with your registration fee.  You will receive your guest ticket(s) when you sign in on Wednesday afternoon. Additional luncheon tickets will NOT be available at the Conference.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:  You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations.  Please click on the following link to make your hotel room reservations:  http://www.starwoodmeeting.com/StarGroupsWeb/res?id=1005102515&key=EF848 or you can call the hotel at 520-742-6000.  The room rate is $99.00 plus tax, single or double occupancy.  This special rate will be honored three days before and three days after the Conference (subject to room availability).  However, we will only reimburse you for Wednesday & Thursday nights.  APAAC's block of rooms will be held until July 14, 2010.   After July 14th, reservations will be taken on a space available basis only. 
 
REIMBURSEMENT:  You will be reimbursed for lodging, meals (except lunch on Thursday - the Awards Luncheon is included in your registration fee), and mileage (excluding Pima County area attendees).  Travel reimbursement forms will be available at the Conference.

REFUNDS:  If you cancel by July 24, 2010, your registration fee and any luncheon tickets will be refunded.  After July 24th, there will be no refunds.  If you are unable to attend, please contact APAAC and the hotel immediately.
 
SPEAKERS:  Our large group sessions will include Presentations by Christina M. Cabanillas, Assistant U.S. Attorney and Sarah Buel,, Professor, Sandra Day O’Connor Law School
 
CLE CREDIT:  We anticipate at least 10 hours of sponsored CLE.
