Registration Information

Space is limited for the 2017 Victim Advocate Conference.  Please complete the online application to be considered for admission.  Applicants will be notified whether or not they were admitted by Friday, February 24, 2017.

Hotel Information

APAAC will provide hotel accommodations for eligible attendees who do not work or reside in Maricopa County. Upon your request (you will be asked when you register), APAAC will reserve you a hotel room for the night of March 9, 2017, and have the hotel room and tax charges billed directly to APAAC.  Please note that the hotel will require that you provide a credit card upon check-in for any incidental charges. The hotel has a 48 hour cancellation policy, so you must inform APAAC by e-mail at
This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it no later than 4:00 p.m. on March 7, 2017, that you would like to cancel your reservation, or you will be responsible for paying the cancellation fee of $161.00 plus tax. 

If you would like to extend your stay at your own expense (you will be asked when you register), APAAC has secured a hotel room rate of $161.00 plus tax for the three days after the conference (based on hotel availability).  Provided the hotel has available rooms, APAAC will make your reservation for the dates that you select during the registration process.  APAAC will notify you as soon as possible if the hotel is not able to accomodate your request for additional nights.   

Reimbursement Information

Arizona state, county, and city/town prosecution office attendees from outside of Maricopa County are also eligible for reimbursement for mileage and meals that are not provided at the conference. Please click on the link below for specific reimbursement amounts.

Please note that attorney and non-attorney staff from federal and tribal prosecution offices in Arizona may attend APAAC-sponsored trainings/conferences as space permits, but are neither eligible to request reimbursement from APAAC of their travel expenses nor to have APAAC pay for their hotel room.
